Notice under Articles 13-14 of EU Reg. 2016/679 (GDPR)
The Data Controller is Daniele Fiore — Via Sersale 1, 00128 Roma — P.IVA 12530961007 — C.F. FRIDNL63H05H501V, reachable at hello@danielefiorephotography.it. MNV Agency (mnvagency.it), which built and technically maintains the site, acts as data processor for maintenance activities.
Browsing data. The hosting provider Netsons S.r.l. (servers located in the European Union) collects, in ordinary operation, data whose transmission is implicit in Internet protocols: IP addresses, access times, pages visited, browser parameters. They are used solely to ensure the proper functioning and security of the site (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and retained for the provider’s technical timeframes.
Statistics (Google Analytics 4). Subject to consent given via the banner (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), the site uses Google Analytics 4 with anonymised IP for aggregate visit statistics. Without consent, no measurement tool is activated. Service provider: Google Ireland Ltd.; data may be transferred to Google LLC (USA) under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Email communications. By writing to hello@danielefiorephotography.it, the data voluntarily provided are processed solely to reply (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and kept for the time needed to handle the request.
The site contains no registration forms, newsletters or advertising profiling.
The site links to Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn: clicking them leads to external platforms with their own privacy notices, over which the Controller has no control.
Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to hello@danielefiorephotography.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (gpdp.it).
